Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Black UI, a dashboard product built and maintained by Thoiba Trader (Guwahati, Assam, India). By using the dashboard, you agree to the terms below.

1. What Black UI is

Black UI is a client-side dashboard you run with your own API keys for Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, GitHub and YouTube. We provide the interface and orchestration logic; we do not provide, resell, or guarantee the underlying third-party AI or platform services.

2. Your API keys and accounts

You are responsible for obtaining, securing, and paying for your own API keys and any usage costs billed by Google, Anthropic, GitHub, or YouTube. We have no visibility into, and no control over, your usage or billing with those providers.

3. Advance Features & payment

• Advance Features (Claude-powered coding/debugging, the APK/AAB builder, and YouTube upload) unlock with a one-time purchase, processed via Amazon Pay.
• This is a one-time unlock, not a subscription, tied to the device/browser record described in our Privacy Policy.
• Advance Features are provided Beta and as-is. They depend on third-party APIs whose availability, pricing, and behavior can change without notice, and this may affect functionality.

4. The APK/AAB builder & base template

The APK/AAB builder scaffolds and builds your Android app from a base template we maintain and publish at github.com/thoibatrader-ship-it/apk-template. By using this feature you acknowledge and agree that:

• The build runs entirely inside your own GitHub repository and GitHub Actions, not on our infrastructure — the raw logs and output are always visible to you there.
• The base template is a shared component documented publicly at the link above; any behavior originating from that template (rather than from the dashboard's own code) is a template-level matter, and reported issues are addressed by updating the template, same as any other dependency.
• We do not guarantee that every Android device, OS version, or Play Store policy will be compatible with builds produced from the template.
• Signing keystores you generate through the builder are your responsibility to back up; we do not store copies of them.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Black UI to build, distribute, or upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the terms of Google, Anthropic, GitHub, YouTube, or the Play Store. We may restrict access to Advance Features if we reasonably believe they're being used to abuse a connected third-party service.

6. No warranty

The dashboard, including Advance Features, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the dashboard, the APK builder, or any third-party API it connects to will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for production use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoiba Trader is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Black UI, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, third-party API charges, or issues arising from the APK/AAB base template referenced in Section 4.

8. Refunds

Because Advance Features unlock instantly on purchase, refund requests are handled case by case — email thoibatrader@gmail.com with your purchase details and the issue you hit.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Assam having jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
