Privacy Policy

Black UI is built by Thoiba Trader on a simple principle: there is no server sitting between you and your data, because there is no server at all. This page explains exactly what that means.

1. What we don't collect

• We do not run analytics, ad trackers, or session-recording scripts in the dashboard.
• We do not receive, log, or store your API keys, conversations, files, or generated code — there is no backend for any of it to reach.
• We do not see the content of messages you send to Gemini or Claude; they go directly from your browser to Google's or Anthropic's own API.

2. What's stored, and where

• Your browser only — API keys, settings, and conversation history are kept in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently; we cannot recover them for you.
• A local purchase record — unlocking Advance Features stores a small signed record in your browser so the app remembers you've paid. It is device-local and is not synced to any account of ours.

3. Third-party services you connect directly

When you add your own API key for a service below, your browser talks to that service directly. Each is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not ours:

• Google Gemini API — for chat, image/PDF handling, and the routing classifier.
• Anthropic Claude API — for coding and debugging, once Advance Features are unlocked.
• GitHub API — for pushing generated projects and running the APK/AAB build via your GitHub Actions.
• YouTube Data API — for uploading a finished video to your own channel.
• Amazon Pay — for processing the one-time Advance Features purchase.

We recommend reviewing Google's, Anthropic's, GitHub's, YouTube's and Amazon's own privacy policies, since your data under each of those keys is governed by them, not by us.

4. Cookies

The dashboard itself does not set tracking cookies. This marketing website may load fonts from Google Fonts, which can involve a standard connection to Google's servers to serve the font file.

5. Children's privacy

Black UI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them — consistent with Section 1, we don't collect data from anyone at all.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the dashboard after an update means you accept the revised policy.
